About me
Marisa Jaworska
When I was five, my favourite game was building houses out of Lego bricks and playing inside them with my sister. Even then one thing was clear: when I grew up I wanted to give shape to spaces.
I am a Constructing Architect, specialising in design, construction and project management. Over an international career — spent between Poland, Denmark and Spain — I have worked at studios such as Blakstad in Ibiza and JAJA Architects in Copenhagen, taking part in residential projects at every stage. From the creative concept and BIM/Revit modelling through to technical documentation and construction, I combine a solid grounding in building with a strong feeling for the aesthetic.
My own path, though, led me towards a deeper understanding of what a home is. Through yoga, meditation and my professional training in Feng Shui — certified by the Solo Corazón school and by studies linked to Taiwan I Ching University — I discovered how profoundly a space affects the people in it.
Today my purpose is to create spaces that are functional, balanced and deeply human. I bring together architecture, technical precision and conscious design to shape homes that are not only beautiful and technically impeccable, but that also bring the space into harmony and look after your wellbeing.
About MARIEDOM
Architecture for living in balance.
MARIEDOM comes from an understanding of architecture as something more than an arrangement of forms. To design is to create spaces that accompany a life, bring balance, and connect people with what surrounds them.
The name brings together three ideas that define the studio: the sea, the air, and dom — home in Polish.
Water — Shui — stands for flow, adaptation, and the ability to hold energy.
